Activate fans around Kansas City for a sporting-good time on two levels of a double-decker bus

To engage fans around Kansas City, the MLS soccer team Sporting KC asked Turtle Transit to produce a double-decker bus modeled on a British double decker (making the link to British “football”). The well-branded double-decker bus, #NoOtherBus, engaged audiences around Kansas City with two floors of fun!

The ground floor included a lounge and refrigeration for serving beer, as well as food and beverages provided by sponsors. 

Upstairs we created a gaming room, installing monitors and full sound system, as well as lounge chairs modeled on the on-field coaches bucket seats. The vehicle also was equipped with DIRECTV capabilities and offered free WiFi.

Working direct to brand, we were challenged to ensure that with everything the client wanted in the vehicle that there was enough room for people to move around and enjoy themselves. It’s clear that the activation was a success, and Sporting KC received significant attention for this sponsorship activation.
